The second annual Camas Quilt & Fiber Arts Festival will take place on the First Friday and Saturday in August throughout Downtown Camas. Fiber artists and quilters from all over Clark County will participate in this two day event.
Enjoy “an evening stroll where various fiber and quilt art will be displayed in and among downtown business. Stop in at River Quilts for a list of businesses displaying art and take a ballot along on your stroll to choose your favorite fiber artwork. Ballots can be submitted back to River Quilts for a drawing for a beautiful gift basket provided by Downtown Camas merchants. This is a fun way to involve the family in supporting local artists while enjoying an evening out together!” ~Downtown Camas Association
Activities will include local quilt and fiber art displays throughout downtown with a People’s Choice vote on Friday night; quilting, fiber art, and beading demonstrations; classes in quilting, knitting, and crocheting; fabric, yarn, and bead vendors; kid’s activities; a ‘yarn-in’; raffles; hands-on charity projects as well as a Bead Extravaganza at Bead Paradise.
