It’s Demo Day at Halton Company!  Ever wondered what it was like to be in control of the biggest and baddest heavy equipment around?

Well, then mark your calendars for July 14, 2009 and set your alarm.  Halton’s new 58k square foot demo area will be open to the public from 5 am to 11 am.  If you are a Halton customer, you can sleep a bit longer; the demo area will be open until 2 pm for you.  The cost for driving one of these bad boys is just a can of food, which will be donated to the Oregon Food Bank.

If you are a Chili connoisseur, then for $1 you can test and judge the Chili Cookoff which begins at 11 am.  Again, all proceeds will go to the Oregon Food Bank.

KUPL 98.7 FM will be broadcasting live from Halton, 4421 NE Columbia Blvd (yes, that is Portland), from 5 am to 12 pm.  What a way to start your day!
