Vancouver USA:  Festival of Trees  Vancouver Rotary Foundation’s Festival of Trees will be Friday Nov 28 through Sunday Nov 30.  There will be Holiday Decorations Showcase, Festival of Gifts, Community Tree Lighting, Teddy Bear Carnival and more.  Click here for a schedule of all events.
