Always Something New at Second Saturdays!

water clock Second Saturday at the Water CenterSecond Saturdays at the Water Resources Education Center are not only fun, they’re free! Each second Saturday of the month, from 1 to 3 p.m., kids and their families are invited to explore a different topic through hands-on activities, crafts, games and stories.

This Saturday, October 10th, families are invited to join in the activities at “It’s Water Time,” this month’s Second Saturday focus. When it comes to telling time, not all clocks are the same! Find out how a water clock works, create your own “hour” glass, find out how hose size affects the time it takes a siphon to work, and more.
