What is “Urban Livestock” anyhow? “Any horse, mule, burro, dairy or beef animal, camelid, goat, sheep, swine, rabbit and poultry.” OK, good; now what?
A proposed urban livestock ordinance has been reviewed by the Planning Commission and Board of Clark County Commissioners and is now headed for a public hearing on Oct. 6 at 6 p.m. The hearing will be before the Board at the Public Service Center, Sixth Floor, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver.
