Pure Advantage Basketball Academy Christmas Camp.
Everyone knows the Holidays are upon us, and for those of us with kids in school, you know that Christmas Vacation is almost upon us, too. That means lots of kids, with lots of time on their hands. So, how about putting those hands to good use, and put a basketball in them!
Pure Advantage Basketball Academy is offering a Holiday Hoops Christmas Camp on December 21st and 22nd between 9 am and noon. The Holiday Hoops Camp is designed for boys and girls in grades 1st through 8th, and every player will be challenged at every skill level. Each player will receive a Christmas Camp 2010 T-shirt, and will work on numerous skills, including: Jump Shot (off dribble and off pass), Advanced Dribble Scoring Moves, Fast Break Play, Seeing the Floor, Position Defense, Defensive Footwork / Conditioning, Creating your own shot, Stationary Ball Handling skills, Finishing Drives in Traffic (hey, I know a couple of parents that could use help with their drives :-D ), and more.
For boys and girls alike, their basketball teams focus on teamwork, competition, skill building, and enjoying the game of basketball. These concepts help build character and help propel them to the next level of athletic competition.
