Clark County Bike and Pedestrian Plan.

Clark County is developing a Bike and Pedestrian Plan to make it safer and more convenient for people to get to major destinations on foot or by bike.

The plan will identify ways to improve the transportation network by integrating existing sidewalks, bike lanes and trails. This will require design standards that work well with Clark County’s transportation network for motor vehicles.

There will be an open house Thursday, July 30th from 6-8 pm to receive the public’s input on safety concerns and connections.  The meeting will take place at the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Stret, 6th Floor.

The open house originally scheduled for July 28 was canceled due to the hot weather, the air conditioning was not working at the Fisher’s Landing Transit Center, and will be rescheduled.
