The annual State of the County event is scheduled for March 6th from 2pm to 4pm at the Clark County Square Dance Center, 10713 NE 117th Ave. (SR 503). Light refreshments will be available at 2pm, with speakers and presentations starting at 2:45pm.
Commissioner Tom Mielke, Chair of the Board of County Commissioners, is scheduled to present 2014 State of the County remarks along with Commissioners David Madore and Steve Stuart.
As in years past, commissioners urge those attending to bring non-perishable food items, household supplies or financial donations for local food banks.
