Taste dozens of locally made gluten-free foods during the New Season’s Vancouver Gluten-Free Food Fair.

2pm to 6pm, Friday, February 10th
New Seasons Market – Fisher’s Landing, 2100B SE 164th Avenue in Vancouver, Washington

“Take a tour with our certified nutritionists and discover Vancouver’s largest selection of gluten-free foods. Attend an information session on: repairing digestive health, feeding gluten-free kids and eating gluten-free on-the-go. Sample products by: New Cascadia Traditional, Pizzicato, GEM, Petunia’s Pies and Pastries, Bridge City Baking, Bob’s Red Mill, Jude’s Foods, Bavaria Mills, Pao Bread, Olykraut, Greens Discovery Gluten-free Beer, and Wandering Aengus Hard Cider. Taste homemade dishes prepared by New Seasons Market’s deli made without gluten ingredients. Meet local cookbook writer Laura Russell, author of Gluten Free Asian Kitchen (2011, Ten Speed Press).”
