Want to experience the rich history of Fort Vancouver like never before? The Museum Collection Open House Tours will satisfy the history itch that you just haven’t been able to scratch. Go behind the scenes of the curation facility, and get up close and personal with some of the two million archaeological and historic artifacts found in the area.
Each open house will give you a peek into a different aspect of frontier life, from dining to motherhood, from the Barracks at the turn of the Century to Slipware. There are five tours dates on the schedule for this year, and limited space for each tour. The tours will take place at 11am and repeat at 2pm.
