Hoops On The River is bringing all things basketball to Esther Short Park, August 15th through the 17th, 2014. There are men’s, women’s, kids’, youth’s, wheelchair, and special Olympics events… something for everyone!
Friday kicks off the event with free kids’ basketball skills clinics, and free non-invasive heart screenings provided by Providence. Sign your team up to play the tournament, or compete in the slam dunk competition. Think you got a sweet three-point shot? This weekend gives you a chance to prove it! Cheer on the celebrity game, stay late on Friday and watch the motion picture, Hoosiers in the park, or late on Saturday and participate in the 5th Annual Sip & Stroll.
