Every time I visit the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site I learn something new. No, not because I didn’t pay attention the first time; but because there is always something new happening there!
This week is a great time to visit, not only is the weather great (right NOW, always subject to immediate change without notice 
) but during National Park Week admission is FREE! In fact, admission to ALL National Parks is free during this time.
The farmers’ markets of Clark County will be at the Clark PUD Home & Garden Idea Fair, April 27, 28, 29, at the Clark County Fairgrounds. What an opportunity for us all! The Share Vancouver 11th annual Share-a-Bowl fundraising dinner will feature gourmet soups created by local chefs, plus artisan soup bowls as a keepsake for each guest.
