The 7th Annual K-Rod 10KRun/5K Run & Walk began as the Kalani Rodrigues Memorial Scholarship Run to bring awareness to cancer while benefiting student-athlete scholarships at Clark College and will take place this year on Sunday, September 25, 2011.

Vancouver Volcanoes Season Getting Ready to Erupt

The Vancouver Volcanoes home opener will be Saturday, April 30, 2011, 7 pm, and will be played at the O’Connell Sports Complex at Clark College.

The Volcanoes are Vancouver USA’s semi-pro basketball team, and play in the International Basketball League (IBL). They’ve been around for seven years, and finished their 2010 season with 16 wins and 7 losses, and made it to the semi-finals before losing to the eventual IBL Champions, the Albany Legends.

On Friday, Dec. 3, Clark College welcomes the community as it hosts “Educating for the Seventh Generation,” a celebration of indigenous cultures.

Would you like some burgers and ice-cream with your basketball? Clark College is hosting a Youth Basketball Clinic on Saturday, December 4, 2010 starting at 9 am. The clinic is for boys and girls ages 6-12, and is FREE!

Warm-ups will begin at 9 am at the O’Connell Center Gym, followed by a skills clinic led by the players and coaches of the Clark College basketball teams.
