The 7th Annual K-Rod 10KRun/5K Run & Walk began as the Kalani Rodrigues Memorial Scholarship Run to bring awareness to cancer while benefiting student-athlete scholarships at Clark College and will take place this year on Sunday, September 25, 2011.

Local Winery Hosts Benefit Run

Run through Battleground’s Rusty Grape Vineyard to benefit Doernbecher’s

Grab those old running shoes and start shaping up for the first annual North County Wine Run on October 1. The fun run begins and ends at Rusty Grape Vineyard, and all proceeds will go to Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Participants can choose to run or walk either a half-marathon or a 10K, and the run will be preceded by a dinner and followed by a jazz and pizza party for registered participants.

Run, walk or stroll….this is a “Fun Run” after all! The Salmon Creek at Sunset 6k or 12 k Fun Run on August 22, begins as the sun sets along the Salmon Creek Trail, and ends with an “after party” with music, snacks and cold beer from Billygans Roadhouse and Applebee’s in Salmon Creek!
