Celebrate Diversity Along Officers Row!

Join the parade!

More than 60 third-grade classrooms from Vancouver and Evergreen public schools will celebrate cultural diversity on Friday, April 22 and will participate in this year’s parade, which is the culmination of classroom instruction about different cultures around the world.

Students from Marshall Elementary School feature their in-depth study of NW Coastal Indians. The Youth Escola de Samba from Hough Elementary School will perform, as well as the Columbia River High School marching band.

Felida Parade Expects Over 4,000 Kids.

This is a non-motorized parade, featuring kids in wagons, strollers and on bikes – all decked out for America. The parade typically draws thousands of entrants.
