Sunday , December 6 is the first Sunday of the month, and thanks to Bauman Chiropractic, that means Sunday Funday at Marshall Center in Downtown Vancouver (1009 E McLoughlin, 487-7100).
From 2 to 5:30 pm families are invited, free of charge, to come to Marshall Center and enjoy staff led games and activities, and 90 minutes of swimming in Marshall Pool.

Vancouver Lake Closed to Swimmers.
Update 8/21/09: Vancouver Lake Reopens for Swimming Today!
Vancouver Lake has been temporarily closed until further notice due to high levels of E. Coli bacteria and Blue-Green Algae. Because exposure to either of these can cause illness, public health officials are recommending:
*No Swimming or Wading
*No Wind Surfing or Sail Boarding
*No Water Contact for Animals
