Great times down on the Riverfront as the 2009 Hoops on the River 3 on 3 tourney was in full swing. In its 4th year, this is an awesome event benefiting a great cause. The Hoops on the River charity tourney is organized by Susan and Steve Oberst, with many generous supporters and incredible volunteers.
